Consumers (B2C)<\/h3>\n<h4>2.1 Right of Withdrawal<\/h4>\n<p>In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.<\/p>\n<h4>2.2 Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal<\/h4>\n<p>Under Article 59 of EU Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal does <strong>NOT<\/strong> apply to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with<\/li>\n<li>Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed<\/li>\n<li>Products missing original packaging or with damaged safety seals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Professional cleaning products fall within this category.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>2.3 Conditions for Accepting Returns<\/h4>\n<p>Returns will be accepted only if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The product is unused and unopened<\/li>\n<li>The safety seal is intact<\/li>\n<li>Original packaging is complete<\/li>\n<li>The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2.4 Return Shipping Costs<\/h4>\n<p>Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<p>Luxum is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.<\/p>\n<h4>2.5 Refunds<\/h4>\n<p>Refunds will be issued only after inspection of the returned product.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will be made using the original payment method<\/li>\n<li>Exclude original shipping costs<\/li>\n<li>Will be processed within the timeframe required by law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Business &#038; Professional Customers (B2B)<\/h3>\n<p>For purchases made by companies, professionals, or VAT-registered entities, the right of withdrawal does not apply.<\/p>\n<p>Returns or refunds for B2B orders are not accepted, except in cases of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defective products<\/li>\n<li>Shipping errors attributable to Luxum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4.
